Nominate a Hilton LGBTQ+ Champion

The Gaydio Pride Awards 2024 with Hilton takes place on Friday 16th February at Hilton Manchester Deansgate, reflecting the efforts made to better LGBTQ+ lives across the UK.

As part of the partnership between Gaydio and Hilton to deliver the ceremony, we’ve introduced a new internal Hilton category to recognise the efforts of colleagues who have gone the extra mile to make LGBTQ+ lives better in the workplace.

No matter your department, property, or location – this is your chance to nominate a UK-based colleague for their work to better diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The nomination process opens on Monday 11th December 2023 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 14th January 2024 – entries submitted after this time will not be considered. Once the nominations process is complete a Gaydio panel of presenters will independently judge the nominations and the winner (and their +1) will be invited to attend the star-studded ceremony in Manchester with travel and accommodation provided.

Hilton and Gaydio are looking for someone who has gone above and beyond to put diversity and inclusion on the agenda in their workplace, an LGBTQ+ employee who goes that extra mile for their colleagues or someone who has contributed to making LGBTQ+ lives in the workplace that little bit better.
