- Nomination entries for the Gaydio Pride Awards 2025 (the “Awards”) are open to individuals and organisations who have made contributions to the improvement of LGBTQ+ lives, work with the LGBTQ+ community or support LGBTQ+ causes in the UK.
- The nomination process opens at 08:30 on Friday 29th November 2024 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 5th January 2025. Nominations received outside of these dates will not be considered. The winners to all nominated and Gaydio-selected categories will be revealed on the night, on air and on socials on Friday 14th March 2025, when the Gaydio Pride Awards takes place. Work considered for a nomination should have taken place between Monday 14th December 2024 and Sunday 1st December 2024.

- Once the nomination period closes, an independent community panel will decide a shortlist of three finalists, one of which will be selected as the winner using an internal scoring process. Notice will be given to the shortlisted nominations and Gaydio reserves the right to withdraw a nomination from the shortlist at any time, without notice.
- Employees of Gaydio or their family members may not enter nominations to the Gaydio Pride Awards.
- To nominate in the Awards You must follow the instructions at https://gaydioprideawards.co.uk/nominate/ where You will be required to provide contact details and evidence to support the nomination. If You need help or advice with nominations, please contact prideawards@gaydio.co.uk.
- By submitting a nomination to the Awards, You give Gaydio:
- Permission for your entry to be published on Gaydio.co.uk, GaydioPrideAwards.co.uk, Gaydio social channels and grant Gaydio non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your Awards entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Gaydio Pride Awards 2024 with Hilton
- You give Gaydio permission to use your name and for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry (internal contact purposes only)
- The promoter of the Awards is Gaydio CIC whose address is Gaydio, Suite 1A, Manchester One, 53 Portland Street, Manchester, M1 3LF. Any complaints regarding the Gaydio Pride Awards should be sent to this address. Gaydio shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to us in accordance with data protection legislation.
- By entering a nomination, you agree to the collection, retention usage and distribution of Your personal information in order to process and contact You about the Awards process.
- Gaydio accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Awards or accepting any prize. Gaydio further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to You or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading nay materials in connection with the Awards.
- Gaydio reserves the right to extend the Nomination Period in the event that the entries received are of insufficient quality or quantity.
- Gaydio reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Gaydio Pride Awards at any time, with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of Gaydio in all maters under is control is final and binding.
- Gaydio agrees to provide each shortlisted entry a pair of complimentary tickets to the ceremony. The ceremony takes place at Hilton, Deansgate, Manchester. These tickets cannot be sold or transferred. Additional tickets must be purchased if a nominee would like to bring additional persons.
